Greater Fairfax FCA relies on the

God-given gifts of Student Leaders!

To express and exercise FCA’s Christian beliefs, all FCA leaders must contribute to FCA’s Christian character and mission, perform all of their duties as a service to God, and model FCA’s Christian beliefs for the larger community.

Further, all FCA leaders must affirm their agreement with FCA’s Christian beliefs and endeavor to conduct themselves at all times in a manner that affirms the biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA’s Christian beliefs. Such conduct standards include FCA’s Youth Protection Policy and Christian Community Statement. These statements can be found online or in the FCA application.

Finally, all FCA leaders must be ready, willing and able to lead or contribute to distinctly Christian activities such as worship or prayer services.

Application Process

Create an FCA account, then click the link for your specific school AGAIN (this ensures that you apply specifically to YOUR school)
Provide personal info
Read and choose to agree or disagree with FCA’s statement of faith and Christian community statement
Answer questions about personal spiritual beliefs and walk with Jesus
Provide 4 personal references
2 personal references must respond back positively, and there must be no negative responses
Receive parental consent
Parents will receive email notification and they MUST consent online before moving forward
Receive approval from FCA staff person
Interview with teacher sponsor(s)/adult volunteer(s) and current student leadership team
Decision is made for whether or not applicant has been chosen to join the team
